Job Description

Join our Brighton team as an Insurance Claims Analyst. You will be responsible for reviewing claims, liaising with clients, and ensuring every claim is processed in a timely and compliant manner, whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into claims to ascertain validity.
• Prepare detailed reports on claim assessments and outcomes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns regarding claims.
• Work with underwriters to ensure alignment on policy details.
• Implement best practices in claims handling and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
