Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis and assessment of documents to identify potential fraudulent activities.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies to validate document security features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex identification issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to identification and document authentication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the verification process.
• Draft reports outlining the identification process, issues faced, and resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in identification and verification.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
• Certifications in security or forensics are highly regarded

• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement or identification verification roles
