Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our hotel operations in Newcastle. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing for all hotel departments.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring profitability.
  • Facilitate guest feedback collection and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services.
  • Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop a strong public relations strategy for the hotel.
  • Lead initiatives related to staff engagement and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality
