Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team in Manchester. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer loyalty. You'll have the opportunity to manage campaigns across various digital platforms, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social media engagement and develop strategies to increase reach.
  • Review and report on the performance metrics of campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of web content that attracts and converts visitors.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on project deliverables.
  • Implement A/B testing to evaluate content performance.
  • Research competitors and analyse their digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
