We are seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our Nottingham team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of network systems and strong troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless connectivity for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess network performance metrics and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in the planning and execution of network upgrades.
• Assist with the configuration of network monitoring tools.
• Provide backup for team members during peak periods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNP, Juniper)

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a networking role

Certifications
