Job Description

As an Account Manager in Luton, you'll be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships while ensuring their needs are met effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regular strategy meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and problem resolution for clients.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to improve service delivery.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients that showcase our services.
  • Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve client experiences.
  • Enhance communication channels to better serve clients.
  • Mentor junior team members in client management best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
