As an Installation Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing installation projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team, ensuring that installations are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Proven experience in project management within the engineering sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate installation crews to achieve project goals.
• Monitor installation quality to maintain company standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities and materials used.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the installation phase swiftly and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers to align installation with overall project schedules.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new installers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

Education

• HND in Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in installation or project management roles
