Job Description

As a Dressing Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the garment manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining dressing machines, ensuring that they function smoothly while producing high-quality garments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various dressing machines, ensuring effective productivity.
• Conduct quality checks on finished garments and make adjustments as necessary.
• Document production metrics and any anomalies for reporting to supervisors.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and best practices.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies needed for machine operations.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
