Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Insurance Claims Officer to join our Brighton office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, ensuring efficient processing, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming claims and ensure prompt processing.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of policy coverage against claims.
  • Engage with policyholders to provide reassurance and updates.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and service providers.
  • Review and recommend improvements to current claims processes.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights on client feedback.
  • Participate in professional development and industry training.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
