We are seeking a knowledgeable Nutrition Specialist to join our dedicated healthcare team in Colchester. The ideal candidate will focus on patient nutrition, assessment, and creating tailored dietary plans to meet individual health needs. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dietary assessments and screenings.
• Create and modify nutrition plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Educate patients and families about healthy eating habits.
• Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions.
• Document nutrition care plans and patient progress accurately.
• Provide support and guidance for weight management programs.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote nutrition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Health Sciences
• Master's degree in Nutrition-related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in nutrition education or clinical settings
