Job Description

As a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), you will be an integral part of our clinical team, providing hands-on support to healthcare professionals while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including patient examinations, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare providers in medical procedures and patient exams.
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-up communications.
• Educate patients about healthcare routines and practices.
• Promote a positive patient experience through effective communication.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing and scheduling.
• Maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with lab and pharmacy for patient needs.
• Stay updated with healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Facilitate patient referrals and external communications.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Healthcare or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in handling electronic medical records
