Job Description

As a Motion Picture Projectionist, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining projection equipment, ensuring memorable cinematic experiences for our audiences. You'll work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Calibrate projection and sound equipment to meet standards for quality.
  • Ensure that all films are screened in accordance with technical specifications.
  • Assist in the setup and management of special screenings and events.
  • Continuously monitor film quality and sound during screenings.
  • Document any technical problems and report them to the technical team.
  • Engage with customers before and after screenings to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training in cinema technology is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in cinema operations, particularly in projection, is highly desirable.
