Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to oversee welding operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and be able to lead a team of welders to achieve high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10 welders, providing guidance and support.
Ensure that welding operations meet quality and safety standards.
Develop training programmes for skills enhancement and safety.
Manage project timelines and resource allocation.
Conduct performance reviews and foster team development.
Oversee inventory of welding materials and order supplies as necessary.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are met.
Requirements
Education
Relevant technical degree
Additional management certifications a plus
Experience
5+ years supervisory experience in welding operations.
