Job Description

The Sample Grader will play a vital role in our Quality Control Division, responsible for grading and assessing agricultural samples according to established guidelines. You will offer valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement, ensuring our products maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assess agricultural samples against established quality standards.
  • Document grading results and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns.
  • Conduct inspections to determine product compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to improve grading techniques.
  • Assist in developing and refining grading processes and criteria.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team regarding quality issues.
  • Help to maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications or training in grading or quality control (desirable)
Experience
  • Prior experience in sample grading or quality control is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.

Advantageous
