Responsibilities
Manage and improve the overall quality assurance processes.
Conduct regular quality audits and compliance checks.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality integration.
Analyse data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
Facilitate training sessions to elevate quality awareness across the organisation.
Develop corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
Work with external stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
Ensure all products meet defined specifications and performance standards.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
