Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Systems Manager with robust experience in developing and implementing quality management processes. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the overall quality assurance processes.
• Conduct regular quality audits and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality integration.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions to elevate quality awareness across the organisation.
• Develop corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
• Work with external stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure all products meet defined specifications and performance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management

Technical Skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• Lean Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the manufacturing industry: Candidates with a background in manufacturing will be preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards: Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management standards is a plus.
