Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Hydrologist to join our team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in water resource management, conducting hydrological studies, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals and budgets.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and stakeholders on water management.
  • Utilise GIS software for spatial analysis related to water resources.
  • Monitor legislative changes and potential impacts on water management policies.
  • Support the preparation of grant applications for research funding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in environmental consultancy or hydrology
