We're on the lookout for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of affiliate marketing strategies as well as experience with managing campaigns effectively to boost performance. Your role will involve building relationships with affiliates, analysing campaign performance, and optimising strategies to maximise ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to expand our network.
• Evaluate and negotiate affiliate agreements to ensure competitive commissions.
• Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of affiliate programmes.
• Create engaging content for affiliates to support their promotional efforts.
• Conduct training sessions for affiliates to enhance their marketing capabilities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and tools.
• Foster a community among affiliates to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing are advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience managing affiliate marketing programmes

Languages

• English: Fluent
