Job Description

As a Grader and Sorter for Agricultural Products, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our produce. Your responsibilities will include sorting, grading, and preparing products for dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and grade agricultural products based on quality standards.
  • Ensure all products are correctly labelled and packaged for delivery.
  • Report any quality issues to the Production Manager promptly.
  • Assist in training new staff as required.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or agricultural environment is an advantage.
