Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our enthusiastic team in Grimsby. The ideal candidate will have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for assisting end-users with technical issues. Your role will involve providing desktop support, maintaining hardware, and ensuring network reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is maintained in good working order.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance issues.
  • Support remote users with technical issues.
  • Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role

  • Mac OS

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
