Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing test cases, executing them, and reporting bugs to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create automated tests to improve testing efficiency.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices.
• Provide training and support to junior QA team members.
• Assist in release planning and deployment activities.
• Maintain test documentation and update it as required.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development in QA practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role

Technical Skills

• Java
• JIRA
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Team Player

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Selenium: Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing tools: Experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
