Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Services Ltd., you will utilise your expertise to optimise therapeutic outcomes for patients. You will be responsible for counselling, medication reviews, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and medication history reviews.
• Develop and participate in patient care programs and disease management initiatives.
• Provide advice on the safe storage and disposal of medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Deliver presentations on medication safety and health education.
• Assist in the management of pharmacy inventory and stock control.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Additional qualifications in health sciences are advantageous

Experience

• Valid experience as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical environment.
