Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Swansea. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are handled swiftly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess superb communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Track and report customer feedback to help improve services.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting personal performance targets.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights for improvement.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Customer Relations is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
