Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare sales documentation and handle all necessary compliance forms.
• Work closely with service teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Encourage referrals from satisfied customers to expand client base.
• Assist with special events or sales promotions hosted by the dealership.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive industry is preferred
