Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a pivotal role in the livestock feed production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain feed crushing equipment, ensuring that feed ingredients are processed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate the feed crusher and related machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance safety.
• Adjust equipment settings for optimal grinding specifications.
• Log production data and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Serve as a resource for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery operation.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in feed milling or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in livestock farming environments is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Feed formulation knowledge

Languages
