Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service and management, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate food service operations, ensuring efficiency.
  • Innovate menu items based on current trends and nutritional guidelines.
  • Champion sustainable practices within the food and beverage department.
  • Ensure all staff maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of food service personnel.
  • Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive guest services.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Hospitality or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial capacity within the food and beverage industry
