Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Construction Planning Manager to join our thriving team in Rochdale. Responsibilities

  • Direct the overall planning process for multiple construction projects and ensure resource allocation.
  • Engage with clients to validate project requirements and expectations.
  • Track and report on project milestones, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Engage local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior planning staff in project execution strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge project delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in Project Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction sector
