Job Description

As a Property Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and evaluating properties to provide clients with comprehensive reports. You'll need to have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assess property's structural integrity and identify potential risks.
• Draft and deliver accurate, timely survey reports to clients.
• Provide expert advice on property-related concerns and legalities.
• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Surveying or Engineering
• RICS qualification preferred

Experience

• 3 years in surveying or a related role

Technical Skills

• Property Analysis
• Technical Knowledge

Certifications

• RICS Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Commercial Property Surveying: Background in conducting surveys specifically for commercial properties.
• Experience with GIS technology: Knowledge of GIS systems for spatial data analysis.
