We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax regulations, ensuring that clients comply with all relevant laws, and will provide strategic advice on tax-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations to provide tailored tax advice.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to monitor compliance status.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues impacting clients.
• Ensure clients meet all filing deadlines and requirements.
• Utilize tax software to prepare and analyze tax returns.
• Advise on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Mentor junior staff and provide insights on best practices.
• Prepare educational materials to inform clients about tax obligations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in tax compliance or relevant advisory services
