We are in search of a talented Industrial Engineer to join our Leicester team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimisation, manufacturing systems, and quality control. You will play a crucial role in increasing productivity and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production systems and processes.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for compliance with regulations.
• Train staff on new processes and systems.
• Evaluate metric systems to measure productivity and efficiency.
• Provide support in product development from an engineering perspective.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

• English: Fluent
