Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be at the forefront of aircraft apron operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that aircraft are efficiently and safely handled within the airport's apron area, while adhering to stringent safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive towing equipment to position aircraft safely.
• Coordinate with air traffic control to ensure timing of movements.
• Conduct pre-use inspections of towing equipment.
• Follow emergency procedures when required.
• Prepare and submit daily reports related to aircraft movements.
• Liaise with ground crew to facilitate efficient operations.
• Attend safety briefings and ongoing training as required.

Requirements

Experience

• Previous experience in aviation or ground handling is advantageous but not essential.

Languages

• English: Basic
