Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Watford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, managing warehouse teams, and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the workflow of warehouse operations, ensuring optimal storage and retrieval of products.
  • Lead a diverse team by providing training, development, and performance feedback.
  • Create and maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage discrepancies.
  • Work with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
Technical Skills
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
