Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reporting of all logistics activities to the management.
• Facilitate the resolution of any logistical disputes.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the logistics team.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of orders.
• Utilize software tools for effective logistics management.
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management

Certifications
