Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff schedules, patient records, and ensuring that the facility runs smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative team in enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage the facility’s budget and financial plans.
  • Monitor quality of patient care and address any concerns.
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff on new policies and procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Maintain electronic health records system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
  • Support the administration in policy development and strategic planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical office management
