We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our Glasgow practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a firm commitment to animal health and welfare, providing high-quality veterinary care to our patients while engaging collaboratively with pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose issues.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor animal progress.
• Perform surgical procedures and wound care.
• Provide emergency care and critical support for animals in distress.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding diagnoses and treatments.
• Train and mentor junior staff and veterinary students.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of practical experience in veterinary practices

• Anaesthesia Management
