Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented User Experience Designer to join our Southampton office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design processes, ensuring products meet user needs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder presentations.
• Analyse user feedback and analytics to continuously improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and support their development.
• Manage multiple design projects and work in an agile setting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
