Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher at Innovative Design Solutions, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and behaviours. You'll conduct thorough user research, analyse data, and provide insights to inform our design processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user testing sessions to evaluate product usability.
• Collaborate with product managers to define research objectives.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Monitor the effectiveness of design implementations based on user feedback.
• Mentor junior researchers and share best practices in user research.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand their needs throughout the design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Science, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX research or user testing
