Responsibilities

• Lead project development from concept through to delivery.
• Conduct research to support engineering projects and product improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor production processes to ensure design fidelity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Mechanical Engineer (CME)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with FEA and CFD: Hands-on experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Experience with Robotics: Knowledge of robotics and automation technologies.
