Job Description

As a Microsystems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of GaN device engineering, responsible for the design and optimisation of high-performance devices. You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects focused on GaN devices from concept through to production.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design principles.
  • Develop testing protocols for new devices and technologies.
  • Implement quality control measures during the fabrication process.
  • Engage in problem-solving to troubleshoot device performance issues.
  • Present findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Master's degree or additional qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in GaN device technology
