As a Microsystems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of GaN device engineering, responsible for the design and optimisation of high-performance devices. You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities
Lead projects focused on GaN devices from concept through to production.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design principles.
Develop testing protocols for new devices and technologies.
Implement quality control measures during the fabrication process.
Engage in problem-solving to troubleshoot device performance issues.
Present findings and project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
Master's degree or additional qualifications preferred
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in GaN device technology
