Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Nitrator Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining nitrating equipment, ensuring optimal production while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operation of nitrating equipment in the production facility.
  • Regularly assess process flows and modify settings as required.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the production cycle.
  • Liaise with senior management to address production challenges.
  • Conduct troubleshooting to resolve any operational issues swiftly.
  • Document changes and report on the production process.
  • Ensure all safety measures are strictly followed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training or an equivalent apprenticeship in chemical engineering is preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
