Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Nitrator Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining nitrating equipment, ensuring optimal production while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Lead the operation of nitrating equipment in the production facility.
Regularly assess process flows and modify settings as required.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the production cycle.
Liaise with senior management to address production challenges.
Conduct troubleshooting to resolve any operational issues swiftly.
Document changes and report on the production process.
Ensure all safety measures are strictly followed.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing team.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training or an equivalent apprenticeship in chemical engineering is preferred.
Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
