Job Description

As a Manifold Builder at Innovative Fluid Systems Ltd., you will be tasked with designing, constructing, and maintaining complex manifold systems. Collaborating closely with a team of engineers and technicians, you will ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for manifold systems.
• Assemble fluid system components using various tools and equipment.
• Fabricate and install tubing, fittings, and valves.
• Conduct quality checks and tests to ensure product functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Engineering or related field

Experience

• Experience with hydraulic or pneumatic systems is advantageous

Technical Skills

• 3D modelling software
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Knowledge of ISO standards applicable to manufacturing and quality control.
