Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chemist to join our dynamic team at Innovative Chemicals Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments, analysing data, and developing new products and processes while ensuring adherence to safety protocols in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and carry out experiments to support product development.
• Perform chemical analyses and characterization using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring they are calibrated and serviced regularly.
• Document all experimental work and maintain accurate records.
• Review and enhance current product formulations to meet quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the chemicals industry
