As a Solar Photovoltaic Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems. Your role will involve working with solar panels, inverters, and batteries to ensure optimal energy production. We're looking for someone with a passion for clean energy and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of photovoltaic systems from site assessment to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar systems.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in solar technology and installation techniques.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries regarding installations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Job Requirements
  • Technical diploma or equivalent in electrical or renewable energy field.
  • NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification preferred.
  • Solar Photovoltaic Systems Proficient in the installation and maintenance of solar PV systems.
  • Electrical Wiring Strong knowledge in electrical wiring and system connections.
  • Troubleshooting Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with PV systems.
  • Health and Safety Compliance Knowledge of safety regulations in electrical installations.
  • Communication Effective communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving Able to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Teamwork Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector: Experience working in roles that support sustainability initiatives.
  • Additional certifications in safety practices: Relevant safety certifications such as CSCS cards or equivalent.
