We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and be capable of delivering security assessments, risk analysis, and compliance audits to safeguard our clients’ information.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls to mitigate threats.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures across systems.
• Report on security incidents and recommend improvements.
• Advise clients on security technologies that fit their needs.
• Document security measures and processes for auditing purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
