Job Description

As a Courtroom Clerk, you will provide vital administrative support to judges and court officials, ensuring that trials and hearings run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing court documents, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records, which are critical for the functioning of the legal system.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of court records.
  • Facilitate communication between judges and court personnel.
  • Oversee the filing and retrieval of court documents.
  • Manage duties related to court operations as assigned.
  • Coordinate logistics for court hearings, including equipment.
  • Provide prompt responses to court-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with managing court documents and scheduling preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Electronic document management software
