Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law and compliance, assisting with legal advice and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for legal inquiries from various departments.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate training on legal topics to enhance staff understanding.
• Review and update company policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on corporate strategy.
• Participate in board meetings to advise on legal matters.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Law degree from a recognized university
• Postgraduate qualification in corporate law is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in legal advisory roles
