Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Research Scientist to join our team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have expertise in molecular biology and a strong interest in drug development. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive innovative research projects that enhance our products and impact patient health.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks for the firm.
• Prepare and review documents related to corporate transactions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
• Participate in legal audits and assessments.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal counsel roles

Technical Skills

• Intellectual Property Law
• Legal Research

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx)

Languages

• English: Fluent
