Compliance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bristol. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while driving a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations by reviewing policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
• Support management in investigations of compliance breaches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CFE) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field
