Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and possess a strong clinical background, providing comprehensive health assessments and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding complex patient care issues.
  • Implement care policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in community outreach programs promoting health awareness.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Assist in research activities to further the practice of nursing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Master’s degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably as a Nurse Practitioner
