Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in delivering pharmaceutical care to our patients. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, counselling patients on their prescriptions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound medications as per prescription requirements.
• Advise on the selection and use of non-prescription medications.
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct patient consultations in both public and private settings.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy-led health initiatives.
• Manage adverse event reporting and implement risk management strategies.
• Participate in community health events and initiatives.
• Facilitate access to healthcare information for patients.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for medications.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy
• PhD in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role
