Job Description

As a Pediatric Associate, you will be integral to our healthcare team, providing medical care and treatment to infants, children, and adolescents. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and offering preventive care and health education. We seek a compassionate professional with a strong background in pediatric medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine check-ups and medical assessments of children.
  • Diagnose and manage common chronic and acute pediatric conditions.
  • Provide medical advice to parents regarding their children's health.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams in managing complex cases.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient interactions.
  • Engage in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
  • Support families in understanding their children's health needs.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems for patient management.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Master's degree in Pediatric Medicine is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in pediatric clinical settings
